Lanturn -- Rainy day review --

Aww, look at this guy! For once they make the final form look more loveable than the first form.
Although apart from that, Lanturn is in the lower tiers, and his difference in use from lower to higher tiers, is huge.
So I'm just warning, this guy is probably going to get two ratings, but either way, Water/Electric is a dominant force in the rain.

EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SAtk

Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)

- Surf
- Thunder
- Ice Beam
- Signal Beam

Okay, well. That special attack leaves much to be desired, I'm sorry Lanturn.
But, his movepool makes up for it, ALOT!
Surf is STAB, Rain boost, high powered, that hits hard.
Thunder is STAB, rain acc boost, hits hard.
Ice Beam is coverage for anything you need it on ( Grass maybe? )
Signal beam is a bit of a filler, but offers decent coverage... I guess.

EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd

Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)

- Surf
- Thunder
- Ice Beam
- Signal Beam

Same moves, only sweeping based, this one is much less common to use, but may or may not bring the best results for you.

Overall, Lanturn is a beast, in its own tier. In OU, this thing gets immediately outclassed by a pokemon with better stats.
But it's typing and STAB things, trust me, in its own ( Rotom-W free ) tier, it can dominate.
