Solrock --Rainy Day Review-- 338

Okay, we can all tell that a sun is unlikely to do well in Rain. Read on and confirm this to be true.

Physical

Solrock @ Life Orb
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 Atk / 24 Def / 136 SDef / 96 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Rock Polish
- Zen Headbutt
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake

Yeah, this is pretty bad. We've got a slow guy with a weakness to Aqua Jet. Not good at all.

Baton Passer

Solrock @ Focus Sash
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 84 HP / 176 Def / 136 SDef / 112 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Baton Pass
- Cosmic Power
- Rock Polish
- Magic Coat

Cosmic Power and Rock Polish are obvious. Magic Coat is there for Taunt.

Solrock was a bad Pokemon to begin with, and it is even worse in the Rain thanks to an even bigger Water type weakness. There are MANY better Pokemon you can use.
