|  Ah Leafeon. While not the best of the Eeveelutions, it is by no means bad. However, Rain isn't quite its domain. But that doesn't mean it can't perform well. Or does it? Physical Leafeon (M) @ Life Orb Trait: Chlorophyll EVs: 240 Atk / 16 Def / 252 Spd Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk) - Swords Dance - Leaf Blade - X-Scissor - Aerial Ace Baton Passer Leafeon (M) @ Focus Sash Trait: Chlorophyll EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spd Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk) - Wish - Swords Dance - Baton Pass - Leaf Blade Leafeon doesn't get much in Rain, not even HP Water due to poor Special Attack. However, it helps deal with other Rain teams, Sand teams, and gets a huge boost when facing Sun teams. So it has its uses with Rain. 3/10
