A Pokemon that gets nothing at all in the Rain. Or does it? No. No it does not. Not at all. So yeah, standard Snorlax sets apply.

Snorlax (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Thick Fat
EVs: 124 HP / 136 Def / 248 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Crunch
- Frustration
- Curse
- Rest

Snorlax (M) @ Choice Band
Trait: Thick Fat
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Selfdestruct
- Earthquake
- ThunderPunch
- Ice Punch

Snorlax (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Immunity
EVs: 164 HP / 168 Def / 176 SDef
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Stockpile
- Frustration/Earthquake
- Toxic
- Protect

Snorlax (M) @ Choice Specs
Trait: Thick Fat
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SAtk / 4 SDef
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Thunder
- Surf
- Focus Blast
- Ice Beam

Snorlax is a good Pokemon, it just doesn't add anything to Rain teams. The score it will get is just because of how good it is as a Pokemon, but since it doesn't get much, it gets a lower score.
