Here's Magnezone, apparently a rather popular electric type choice, and I see why!

Magnezone @ Air Balloon

Trait: Sturdy

EVs: 56 HP / 252 SAtk / 200 SDef

Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)

- Thunder
- Flash Cannon
- Hidden Power [Water]
- Signal Beam

Thunder is STAB, and 100% accuracy in the rain. Flash Cannon is STAB, and really the open attacking slot there, HP Water is coverage, and gets rain boosting, Signal beam, is coverage.
Very very very simple, but not my favorite.

Magnezone @ Life Orb

Trait: Analytic

EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 SAtk

Brave Nature (+Atk, -Spd)

IVs: 2 Speed

- Gyro Ball
- Thunder
- Explosion
- Hidden Power [Water]

Mixed Magnezone.,,,,
Brave nature supports Gyro Ball, ( Explosion.. ) , and Analtytic. Same with low Speed Iv's.
Thunder is the same rain purpose as last time, as with HP water, while Explosion is the, " You hit me, I go boom " strategy that is not near as popular in Gen V. I wonder why....

Overall, he does pretty well in the rain, that boosted STAB and powerful coverage from HP Water, REALLY helps him, major time.

Rating for the rain - 7/10
